Please try to make time for physical activity EVERY day if possible. I recommend setting an alarm and getting it done in the morning. It opens up the rest of the day for you to make the most of it! Even when we can't be "together" as a team, we still need to put the team first and put in the work individually. To those struggling with motivation and mental/emotional health during these unprecedented times, exercise and proper nutrition will often help. So will creating a routine and sticking with it. Commit to being a great teammate and use your training sessions as an outlet to reduce stress and anxiety. Reach out to teammates that might be struggling and offer to train with them (while maintaining social distancing of course!) We will get through this and come out stronger on the other side, because we are resilient! Roll Storm!
